Project has always been a best-seller, so making it our house espresso offering was a no-brainer. Season after season, we carefully source coffees known for their dependable quality and consistent taste, an approachable, crowd-pleasing coffee that’s easy to love.

While the origins may vary from harvest to harvest, the quality remains the same. We handpick our favourite lots from Brazil, Peru, Nicaragua, and Colombia, selecting beans that shine on their own or truly complement each other in a blend. The result? A full-bodied cup with beautifully balanced sweetness.

Think smooth chocolate, rich caramel, and roasted nuts, perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings curled up with a good book.

A true crowd pleaser - our Project Espresso is crafted to deliver dependable quality and consistent taste, season after season. We hand-select standout crops from South America to create a smooth, full-bodied cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts.

Serra Da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brazil

Located in the Serra da Mantiqueira region of southern Minas Gerais, Farm São José sits at an average altitude of 1,100 metres, where mountainous terrain and a distinct climate create excellent conditions for specialty coffee production. The farm has been cultivating coffee for over 60 years, consistently prioritising quality and careful varietal selection, including Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí, Catucaí, and Arara.

Today, the estate is led by Lillian, the great-granddaughter of the farm’s founder, who is deeply committed to sustainable coffee growing and environmental preservation. Natural springs, forests, and surrounding ecosystems are carefully protected across the property. Every stage of production is closely overseen by experienced technicians and agronomists, from planting through to post-harvest. Harvesting is selective and done by hand at peak ripeness, followed by careful drying, resting, and on-farm processing to ensure consistency and quality across each lot.
